Standard Pick-up
- Pickup on Tuesday and Thursday only
- Furniture only
- Item retrieval from residences outside on the ground level
- We do not disassemble items
- You pay a modest booking fee of $39 or $69 for an unlimited number of furniture items

Priority Pick-up
- Pickups as soon as 2 business days (Mon-Sat), subject to timeslot availability
- Items of ANY condition picked up
- Item retrieval from anywhere including within residence or a storage unit
- Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets, or lighting)
- Pick-up fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee (fee is not tax deductible, but donated items are)
